Services

Dramatic Home Staging's goal is to dramatically transform your home into a beautiful showcase that will appeal to majority homebuyers, give your home a competitive edge over similar listing in your area, and generate a quick and profitable sell.   We offer a variety of affordable services to accomplish this goal.  And, we customize our services and fees because every home has it's own unique features and challenges.

  • Initial Consultation and Walk Through

    This is the first step in the Staging process and most crucial.  We will make a careful assessment of your home, inside and out.  We will first discuss your goals and expectations.  Next, we will conduct a room by room thorough walk-through making detail notes of the home's features and design.  We will take photos and make sketches during this step, as well.  The consultation process normally takes 1-2 hours.  And, your realtor should be present, if possible.  (Note: Actual staging does not occur during this process.)  After the consultation, you will receive a comprehensive report of our findings within 24 hours via fax or email, which will include suggestions and comments to help you increase you home's saleability.  A quote for staging services will also be included for your consideration.  However, sometimes only the consultation step will suffice.

  • Virtual Staging Consultation

    If your home is more than 80 miles outside the Houston-Galveston area, we can provide you with a consultation developed from photos and information you provide during our telephone interview.  After the interview, we will compile the comprehensive report with suggestions and comments for improvement.

  • 10 Key Focus Report

    When there are times where only the consultation session is need, we offer the Focus Report which will tell you about the 10 key areas to focus on and what you need to do to increase your home's saleability and within a reasonable time frame.  

  • Half Day Staging Presentation

    Four (4) hours will be spent staging your home, based upon the findings of the comprehensive and 10 Key Focus Report.

  • Full Day Staging Presentation

    Need a dramatic transformation?  Up to 8 hours will be spent staging and redesigning your home into a showcase for buyers.  This might include using existing furniture and accessories, or shopping for other items to accentuate the room's feature and style.

  • Vacant Home Staging Presentation

    Unfortunately, only 10% of buyers can actually imagine their personal belongings in a vacant home.  When a vacant home is staged, it appeals to more buyers because it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere.

  • New Listing and Open House Staging Presentation

    Two full days will be spent staging your home for new listing or for an open house.  This service is most effective and produces multiple offers above the asking price.  So, this is the one opportunity to stage you shouldn't pass up.

  • Redesign Service Only

    Our decorators will help you create a "new look" in an existing space, using your existing furniture and accessories.

  • Other Services

    Dramatic Home Staging offers the following services per hour plus the cost of goods: Personal Shopping, Home Organization, and Special Occasion/Holiday decorating.
